Delete your account

This removes your Digu account and the data tied to it. It cannot be undone.

Still have the app? Do it there — it's instant

Open Digu and go to Settings → Delete account. You are already signed in there, so it happens straight away with no waiting and no review.

Uninstalled already? Request it here

Tell us the email address on the account. Because this page cannot check who you are, a member of our team reviews every request — we may email you to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything. Expect this to take a few days.

What gets deleted

Your profile — display name, avatar, email address and settings.
Your sign-in. The account itself is removed, so Google, Apple or Facebook can no longer sign you in to Digu.
Your coin balance, and any coins or rewards you have not spent. These have no cash value and are not refundable.

What stays

Matches you played are kept, but they stop being about you: your seat is renamed Deleted Player and is no longer linked to any account. This is so the people you played with keep a coherent match history, and so we can still investigate cheating. Nothing in that record identifies you afterwards.

We also keep records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts for tax purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how long, and why.
